1. Shipping Responsibility and Costs

• Shipping for Quality Issues: For quality issues confirmed within the warranty period, Pet Live will cover all associated shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label via email, which you can print and attach to the package for free return shipping. Once the issue is resolved, we will also cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replaced product back to you.
  
  
• Shipping for Non-Quality Issues: For returns initiated within the "Worry-Free Return Period" that are due to non-quality issues or any service requests outside the warranty period, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. After submitting your request, our system will provide a shipping cost estimate or payment link.
  
  
• Remote Areas: For shipments to or from remote areas in the U.S. (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii), if the logistics provider quotes significantly higher rates compared to the mainland 48 states, we may contact you to discuss sharing the excess shipping costs or offer an alternative solution.

2. Shipping, Return, and Exchange Timeframes

• Shipping Time: We will process your order as soon as possible. In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If you have purchased a pre-order item that is being restocked, we will arrange shipment within 15 days. You can track the shipping status in real time through your account order page or shipment email.
  
  
• Exchange Time: Warranty exchanges are usually shipped within 3-7 business days after we confirm the issue, receive the return item, or complete the evaluation. Delivery times depend on your shipping address and the selected logistics service.
  
  
• Return Processing Time: From the time you ship the return package, the entire process (shipping, receiving, inspection, and refund processing) usually takes 7-14 business days.

3. Logistics Partners and Tracking

We primarily cooperate with international logistics companies such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. You can track the return or exchange shipment through the return label or shipping notification email.
