Refund policy
1.Worry-Free Return Period and Conditions
- Return Period: You may return the product for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Condition Requirements: To ensure fairness and that the product is resellable, returned products must meet all the following conditions:
- Completeness: The main product, all original accessories, gifts, manuals, and packaging (e.g., shockproof box, outer box) must be intact and returned together.
- No Usage Damage: The product should have no signs of use, user-caused damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, bending), or functional issues.
- Labels Intact: Serial numbers and anti-counterfeit labels on the product and packaging must be clear and intact, without modification, damage, or removal.
- Use Definition: Necessary actions to verify basic functions (e.g., screen display, power on) are not considered "used." However, if the device's built-in licensed software is activated, personal accounts are linked, or significant amounts of personal data (e.g., more than 50% of storage) are downloaded/uploaded, it may be considered to affect resale. We reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a reasonable depreciation fee.
2.Refund Process, Time, and Method
- Process: Please log in to your website account and submit an application through the "Order Center," or contact customer service directly. Providing a clear reason for the return will help expedite the process.
- Refund Processing: We will initiate the refund within 7 business days after receiving confirmation from the logistics provider and completing the warehouse inspection.
- Refund Method and Time: The refund will be returned to the payment account used for the purchase. Credit/debit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account; PayPal or other third-party payments are usually faster. The refunded amount will be the product price, excluding the original shipping fee (unless the return is due to our fault).
3.Partial Refunds and Depreciation Fees
If the returned product does not meet the "intact" condition (e.g., missing accessories, minor signs of use that do not affect primary functions), we may offer a partial refund, which will be the product price minus applicable depreciation fees or accessory costs.
Any possible fee deductions will be detailed in an email to you before the refund is processed, and we will need your confirmation.
